Project Outcome
This transformation converts a previously derelict building into 76 luxury residential flats, offering high-quality, contemporary living spaces to meet the growing demand for premium housing in the area.
The sprinkler system has successfully passed hydraulic flow testing during commissioning at each level.
The development features a Category 2 sprinkler system protecting all flats and ancillary rooms. The large floor plan has a hydraulically designed loop CPVC main circling the atrium to reduce flow and pressure demands on the combined plant equipment. A shared pump and full-capacity tank serve both the sprinkler and domestic water systems, with a PDV installed and dedicated sprinkler risers throughout the building.
