In collaboration with Sheen Lane Developments Ltd and SILVERLINE ARCHITECTS LIMITED, Sprinklers direct designed and installed a custom residential sprinkler system for the Walton street development. The building benefited from Permitted Development and Full Planning for conversion and extension.

After a year of dedicated work, we were pleased to commission the sprinkler system at Sycamore Heights, a refurbished care home in Bedfordshire featuring 36 flats and communal areas.
Our designers meticulously planned the sprinkler installation, adapting to sloped ceilings to meet British Standards.
This care home provides a luxurious sanctuary for residents, enabling them to live life to the fullest. It has truly been a rewarding experience to contribute to this project.

We were excited to be involved in the design and installation of the residential sprinkler system at The Vicarage. This project was in partnership with Alderley Partnerships and involved providing 23 one- and two-bedroom affordable apartments for Warrington residents.
Despite space constraints posing significant challenges in implementing a dedicated rooftop sprinkler pump and tank system, our design team diligently ensured that the system met all compliance standards while maintaining resilience...
Located in a mixed-use development this new build property boasts 98 high-end residential apartments above a thriving commercial space on the ground floor.
This building is situated in a prime location with easy access to major road networks with direct links to the North and South Circular roads, and the A4/M4 motorways.

The proposals of Ashley Gardens 1A was to deliver a significant qualitative improvement in the commercial space on the site; replacing low grade accommodation with flexible high quality floorspace designed to appeal to a range of prospective end users. The aim was to provide 377 residential units, and 1,170 sq.m. of flexible commercial space.
