Holland House is a newly refurbished property with six self-contained suites and communal areas for supported living resident’s. Partial sprinkler protection extends coverage to the at-risk areas of the home to provide safe evacuation from the building.

The system was designed for a dedicated pump and tank fire sprinkler system which was installed within a plant room on the premises.The tank was ordered with a horizontal split and built in situ during the final stages of the project. We worked alongside the contractor for access to install the retrofit pipe and maintain a concealed system.

The system took 3 months to complete from design to final commission of the sprinkler system although we only needed a few visits over this period for the installation of the pipe and heads as the property undertook full refurbishment and our visit to install cover plates, fill and vent the pump & tank and link the alarm panel was held off until the decorating had been completed.
