After a year of dedicated work, we were pleased to commission the sprinkler system at Sycamore Heights, a refurbished care home in Bedfordshire featuring 36 flats and communal areas.
Our designers meticulously planned the sprinkler installation, adapting to sloped ceilings to meet British Standards.
This care home provides a luxurious sanctuary for residents, enabling them to live life to the fullest. It has truly been a rewarding experience to contribute to this project.

In collaboration with Sheen Lane Developments Ltd and SILVERLINE ARCHITECTS LIMITED, Sprinklers direct designed and installed a custom residential sprinkler system for the Walton street development. The building benefited from Permitted Development and Full Planning for conversion and extension.
Located in a mixed-use development this new build property boasts 98 high-end residential apartments above a thriving commercial space on the ground floor.
This building is situated in a prime location with easy access to major road networks with direct links to the North and South Circular roads, and the A4/M4 motorways.
The Dell EMC building is situated next to the landmark Dell EMC clock tower which overlooks the A4 and M4 in Brentford. This exciting residential development consists of 206 flats complete with a two storey 89 space car park towards the rear. With only 0.5 mile walk to Key Bridge Station and a 0.2 mile walk to Gunnersbury Park this offers residents easy access travel along with scenic areas to explore.
