His expertise in managing multiple site teams, overseeing scheduling, streamlining workflows and allocating resources to facilitate seamless project completion and consistent achievement of handover deadlines being met is a vital role in Sprinklers Direct's success. Day to day Jordan is liaising effectively with clients, site managers and subcontractors to ensure clear communication, coordination and smooth collaboration throughout the project delivery. He adopts a proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management and continuous improvement to achieve optimal outcomes while aligning with client expectations.

As leading management of office-based Departments including Sales, Admin & Design Teams Rebecca is responsible for the seamless coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring full compliance with BS9251 and adherence to SD policy guidelines. She is focused on maintaining current training and product knowledge to deliver value engineering solutions for clients. Rebecca provide clients with competitive pricing and expert technical support from the outset with her extensive technical expertise, she ensures projects are executed efficiently, accurately and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

As the Design Manager Emily works closely with the design team to overseeing day-to-day processes to ensure design deadlines are met and clients receive dedicated support for coordination with M&E services. He role focuses on ensuring sprinkler designs across the team are optimised for efficiency and compliant to BS9251. She is responsible for managing workflows to facilitate seamless transitions to the operations and installation teams. Whilst also collaborating closely with the Sales Team, Emily provides accurate quotes and from this has a proven track record of securing repeat clients. She is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service within the Sales & Design department, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Oliver actively assists management with projects design scheduling, ensuring client deadlines are met and quality checks are carried out in full compliance with BS9251. As a lead designer for individual projects Oliver is involved heavily from inception to completion, maintaining clear communication and technical support for clients, coordination teams and installers to ensure full understanding and compliance in as-built design and handover documentation.

As a Project Designer, Kirubakaran manages his own projects and clients, leading the project design process from inception to completion. With his knowledge he provides technical support to clients for coordination and addresses installer queries to ensure full understanding and compliance in as-built design and handover documentation.

Our Junior Designer Ken assists lead project managers by drafting detailed plans and layouts, ensuring accurate sprinkler head placements and performs hydraulic calculations to verify system performance whilst maintaining compliance with design specifications. He contributes to the preparation and organisation of comprehensive project documentation, facilitating smooth project progression and effective communication across teams.

Jodie is responsible for thoroughly assessing site conditions prior to and during installation to ensure adherence to project requirements. As part of her role she monitors and supervises installation teams to verify that work is carried out in accordance with BS9251 standards, whilst working closely with management and the design team to ensure all sprinkler installations are accurately executed and align with the approved sprinkler plans. She Conducts regular inspections, promptly identifies and addresses any issues or deviations and ensures that all work complies with purchase orders. As part of her role she evaluates and manages additional works when required, facilitates effective communication between installation teams, management and the design department to promote seamless project delivery and uphold high-quality standards throughout the installation process.

Jordan is responsible for installing and maintaining sprinkler systems in strict accordance with design specifications, conducting pressure testing and commission testing. He works closely with management and design teams to ensure that all sprinkler systems are installed in compliance with approved plans and assesses site conditions to ensure readiness for commissioning. He skillset aids in carrying out thorough inspections and testing of sprinkler systems to verify proper operation, performance and compliance before handover all whilst identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality system installations.

As our Office Manager, Debbie is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions within the company to ensure smooth and efficient operations. She nourishes our supplier relationships, negotiates and processes supplier and sub-contractor bills and oversees purchase order management. Handling the preparation and submission of monthly valuations and invoicing also falls within Debbie's daily role, she provides credit control support to minimise overdue accounts, acts as a key point of contact for clients, manages communications to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction all whilst assisting the finance department to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate record-keeping.

As the key part in our servicing team, Kinga provides dedicated support to clients by managing enquiries she processes orders and ensures clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. She is responsible for document control, maintaining organised file management systems and updating project spreadsheets with engineers' reports to ensure accurate record-keeping. Kinga drafts and prepares certification handover documents to facilitate smooth project transitions, coordinates activities within the Service Department, including generating quotes, scheduling service appointments and ensuring timely delivery of services. She acts as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
